Return Policy

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges of any type. We do not stock any rugs. Each and every braided rug ordered from Heartland Braided Rugs is custom made for the individual customer. If you are unsure about a color please take advantage of our free braid sample program. Please do not rely on your monitor when choosing colors. Colors WILL vary from monitor to monitor.

Warranty

We do guarantee the quality of our rugs. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our sewing stitches. We cover the shipping the first year and the customer is responsible for the return shipping thereafter. Our rugs are NOT guaranteed against fuzzing or color fastness.

Shipping Policy

Every rug ordered from Heartland Braided Rugs is custom made for the individual customer at the time the order is placed. For this reason orders can take up to 10 weeks to ship. The shipping time is based on a number of factors. The size and color of the rug(s) ordered as well as the time of the year all affect the processing and shipping time of orders. Orders placed between January and August normally ship within 4 to 8 weeks. Orders placed from September to December normally take 6 to 10 weeks. Please understand this a guide and not a rule. Shipping times may vary.

Shipping Rates

We offer UPS Ground shipping for customers in the lower 48 States and UPS 2nd Day Air for customers in Hawaii and Alaska. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the rugs and the shipping destination using real-time rates provided by UPS.
